Phase 0 is resolved. Deploy URL locked to dn.genesisconductor.io (Path B). This plan executes Phases 1 → 4 in one continuous sweep: scaffold the repo, ship the Cloudflare Worker, bootstrap the Ed25519 identity + audit-chain wiring, and publish. Phase 5 (canonical promotion to node.diamondvault.io) remains parked.

The rollout mirrors the proven W-13 gc-ambient-gateway deployment pattern, which means we are not designing a new shape — we are cloning a known-good worker template and rebadging it as gc-diamond-node. This collapses risk to three concrete unknowns: (1) npm scope ownership of @genesis-conductor, (2) Cloudflare Worker secret onboarding (which the GC ops log already flags as the open WORKER_AUTH_TOKEN to Secret Manager blocker), and (3) Diamond Vault audit-endpoint contract.

Single-path commitment. Every step below is implementation-ready. No optional branches inside Phase 1–4; alternatives were evaluated in the plan-page Justification Trace and rejected. The output of this run is a public URL serving signed /healthz, a published npm package, and a Notion publication-evidence row closing the loop back into the Optimization Inversion Command Center.
