Greg × /maru — Architect Review

<aside> 🏛️

Direction B of the bidirectional cross-application. Greg's compressed-review format applied to [[SKILL.md] — /maru (Kobayashi Maru Reframe Engine)](https://www.genesisconductor.io/1810fb651f2e4606bbc086efb0323c2b). Counterpart: /maru × Greg — Reframe of Architect Charter (created in Greg wiki).

Problem

/maru is registered across four wikis (Greg, Agentic Tooling Forge Skill, Booster v2.0 — Launchable Agentic WebGPU System, and its own SKILL wiki at [[SKILL.md] — /maru (Kobayashi Maru Reframe Engine)](https://www.genesisconductor.io/1810fb651f2e4606bbc086efb0323c2b)) with Status checklists referencing public deployment artifacts that do not yet exist. Execution is currently synchronous-LLM only — no machine enforcement of the HAVIS DAG vertex contract, no fixture validating that Architect emits ≥3 candidates and Guardian rejects ≥1. The "free, .sol-bound, public agent" claim is currently aspirational across all four entries.

Invariants

For /maru to be admissible into the Genesis Conductor mesh as a real (non-fictional) skill:

  1. Layered output. Every emission contains exactly Layer 1 (Solution) + Layer 2 (Justification Trace) + Layer 3 (Risk & Limitation). Absent any layer = invalid.
  2. Architect candidate floor. Architect emits ≥3 candidates per target. Capsule-verifiable via event_type="architect.candidate_emitted".
  3. Guardian non-trivial pruning. Guardian rejects ≥1 candidate per target. Capsule-verifiable via event_type="guardian.candidate_rejected".
  4. Drift accounting. Auditor reports drift score numerically. Re-entry triggered if drift > 0.15.
  5. Commit gate. /maru never commits edits without mode=execute AND explicit user confirmation in the same turn.
  6. Anti-fabrication. /maru never claims to have minted, deployed, or registered an artifact off-Notion that it has not actually executed. Status checklists must be unchecked until the off-Notion step is verified by the user.
