What it does

Cloudflare Worker that bridges GC-16 Workspace Sync batch completions into AAL capsule_events as sync.landed events. source ∈ {keep, tasks, gmail, drive}. Every 25th batch tagged eval_sample=true. On OAuth refresh failure, emits sync.landed with status=no_auth so @Self-Evolving Retraining Agent distinguishes source-drought from source-broken.

Idempotency

Keyed on (source, last_cursor). Must NOT re-ingest batches GC-16 has already processed — watermark stored at WM:gc-16-capsule-bridge in KV.
